How a Bicycle Service Visit Works

Cycle Craft begins with a service inquiry and bicycle intake, followed by a mechanical inspection. This helps identify urgent repairs, routine adjustments, and any items that may need separate approval before work begins.

For general servicing, we can carry out a safety inspection, standard tune-up, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture and tyre repair. Replacement parts are quoted separately after compatibility and price confirmation.

Clear checks, approved work, and practical repair notes.

A simple workshop process for everyday cyclists, families, and leisure riders.

We do not give a final repair price before inspection, and we do not promise exact parts or completion dates until availability is confirmed. If extra work is needed, it is discussed and approved before anything further is done.

After repair and adjustment, the bicycle goes through a quality check. When the work is complete, you receive a service summary that explains what was done and what was checked.
